With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Franciscan University of Steubenville, Mike’s career spans pivotal roles at organizations like Convergys, The Longaberger Company, and American Electric Power (AEP), where he served as Managing Director of IT Business Applications, Managing Director of Enterprise Architecture and Development, and Interim CIO. His leadership at AEP was marked by major achievements in service delivery, customer success, and mergers & acquisitions.

In 2017, Mike became the Chief Information Officer (CIO) at NiSource, where he spearheaded IT strategy, service delivery excellence, and digital innovation in the utility sector. Following his corporate retirement in 2022, Mike transitioned to advisory roles, serving on the US Advisory Boards of Origina and Green Cabbage. His extensive CIO experience continues to guide organizations in navigating modern IT environments, cybersecurity challenges, and strategic planning initiatives.
